‘Peoples Revolutionary Movement’ launched

JAMMU, Jan 22—In order to fight against the discriminations being entrusted upon the people of Jammu region by the Kashmiri leaders and to end the Kashmir domination, a new organisation under the name and style of ‘Peoples Revolutionary Movement’ was launched here today.
This was announce by the former Jammu Joint Students Federation Rajinder Jamwal while addressing a press conference here today.
Jamwal while addressing the media persons said that after elaborated deliberations with the students leaders, intellectuals, social activists and other like minded people, it was found that there was need of such an organisation which would purely on the social bases would work for the separate statehood and to highlight the problems being faced by the people of Jammu region over shadowed by Kashmir centric policy at the national as well as inter-national level.
Jamwal stated that the organisation has been floated with an aim to fight for the cause of Jammu region to get its due share and equality irrespective of caste, creed, colour and religion.
He added that the organisation would make each and every individual realize his her duty towards motherland and also in inculcate a fighting spirit in them, to highlight and generate heat for re-organisation of the state with separate state status for Jammu, Kashmir and Union territory status for Ladakh and to fight against the menace of corruption which has eaten the very vital of over society and would adversely affect our generation and ultimately hamper the development of the state.
He added and said that besides this the organisation would also highlight the issues and points discriminating Jammu region.
To make it a successful mass movement, a membership drive would be launched shortly for which he said Alok Anand has been appointed as its chief organiser who would look into the working of the organisation un-till the election of its office bearers are not conducted.
